I don't think Peter Garrett is corrupted. He is just another leftie as far as I can tell. (I've never met him) I voted for him when he stood as an independent for the senet, the first time we got rid of Howard the coward, back in the 70's. I voted for him on the grounds that a baldy headed rock star was better than anyone in the major parties. I like some of his muisic, but the only muso who's ever released "green" songs, that I know of, is JJ Cale on his album "Gatar Man".

All the major parties are corrupted. They certainly don't work for the people who elect them. Instead, they work for the vested intrests which have corrupted them.

Why do u think we, (the voters) can't get them to do what we want them to do? Now that Garrett has thrown in his lot with them, he's under the thumb of the vested intrests, just like the rest.
